New, Cancel or Transfer Service:  To start water and sewer service, cancel or to transfer service please call Customer Services and a representative will be happy to assist you (480) 350-8361 (we require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice to make changes to service).

Pay Your Bill Online   If you have questions regarding your bill or would like to report a problem with your service, please email customerservices@tempe.gov or call (480) 350-8361 during regular business hours (7am to 5pm, except holidays).  Additional Payment Options & Drop Box Locations

Water leaks or main breaks should be reported to the Customer Support Line at 480-350-2837.

Location and Hours
Our office is located at 20 E. Sixth Street, First Floor, on the northeast corner of Mill Avenue and Sixth Street, just west of City Hall.   

Hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except the following 2015 holidays:
