Opening a new business is hard work. The City of Tempe wants to make it easier.

inTempe is the Economic Development Office's platform of programs and services designed to assist entrepreneurs and small businesses.

START.

If you have an awesome business idea but need help to get it launched, Tempe's Business Resource and Innovation Center (BRIC) is the right place for you.

Located in the Tempe Public Library, BRIC offers a thoughtful community of entrepreneurs, meeting space, workshops, classes and more. You can research your idea, make sure it's marketable, get help with writing your business plan and more. You can relax in our co-working space inside the library. Grab coffee and a snack from the Connections Cafe and get to work using our free wi-fi.  Get more details on BRIC.

GROW.

Use the BRIC as training space for your staff. Take advantage of the ASU Startup School's advanced training. Host meetings at BRIC that your space isn't quite big enough to handle and get advice from mentors and other business people.

THRIVE.

Are you ready to take your business to the next level? Let our Economic Development staff help you find the best location in Tempe for your needs and see if you qualify for state and federal programs. Contact us for spaces, grants and programs.
