The History Museum and Library Advisory Board assists and advises the City Council, in conjunction with the Community Services Director and the Historic Preservation Commission, in the establishment of essential policies, rules, and regulations relating to the planning, acquisition, disposition, operation, use, care, and maintenance of areas and structures owned, leased, or otherwise acquired by the City for use as history museums, interpretive sites, or libraries.
The History Museum and Library Advisory Board is composed of nine (9) members who are Tempe residents. Terms are for three years.
