During weeks 1 & 2 of the program, participants will learn the basics of the specific sport in a fun non-competitive atmosphere. Coaches will divide students into two teams; JV League-consisting of 6th & 7th graders ONLY, and Varsity League-consisting of a mix of 6th, 7th, & 8th graders. For the final 5 weeks of the program participants will have one practice a week, and one game a week. Flag Football, on the other hand, will have practices during the week and games on Saturdays. Coaches will place players on teams to create the most equal teams possible. On occasion students may be placed on a particular team for discipline reasons. Students are not guaranteed to play with certain individuals.

Each player will be given a team jersey that must be worn for all games. It is important that each player come dressed for activity and display a good attitude at all times. All players are expected to participate in all the assigned activities, including all running and team drills. Any player refusing to participate or displays any unsportsman-like conduct will be asked to leave the program.
