SUP Fitness

This program will include stretching, warm-up, general fitness, and fitness exercises specific to paddling. The instructor will provide coaching and will focus on developing your paddle stroke, as well as on-the-water training on stand-up paddleboards. Bring your own board or use one from our fleet.
