BECOME A GRANT PANELIST BLUE

Arts in the Parks Button

Arts in the Parks Grants are available to registered Tempe Neighborhood Associations and Homeowner’s Associations to bring arts to their neighborhood parks. This pilot program was created to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhoods and bring more community-initiated and informal arts programming to Tempe. Projects may be in the form of performances and/or visual arts exhibitions by local/regional artists and/or from Tempe schools.

Youth and Family Arts Grant

Youth and Family Arts Grants are available to non-profit organizations to fund quality arts projects with a primary mission of supporting family and youth-centered arts programming in Tempe. Applicants may request up to $8,000 in funding.

Artistic Excellence Grant

Available to non-profit organizations to support arts programming in Tempe that demonstrates high artistic quality as well as innovation in both programming and artist selection. Funding amounts vary based on annual budget.

MINI GRANT

Mini Grants are available to schools and non-profit organizations to help fund arts-related projects serving Tempe residents. Mini Grant requests are available up to a maximum of $750, and the budget must show equal matching dollars.

SUSTAINING THE ARTS GRANT

Sustaining the Arts Grants are available to individual artists and non-profit organizations to fund initiatives that support the long-term development of communities, artists, and arts organizations. Projects supported by this grant could be in the form of civic dialogue, community organizing, panels, training, workshops, or conference. Initiatives funded by the grant must take place in Tempe and be open to other artists and organizations. Grant requests are available for up to $750.
