   Annual Budget  This is the document that projects what the city will earn and spend in the fiscal year starting July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015.
  Capital Improvements Program   This is the document that projects Tempe’s capital improvement costs for the fiscal year starting July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015. Capital improvement costs include facilities, roads, equipment and more.  
  Comparative Cost of Services Report   This annual report compares how Tempe stacks up alongside other Valley cities when it comes to the costs to provide services, such as water, trash, irrigation and others. Tempe consistently ranks among the lower-cost cities.

  Line Item Budget   This is a very detailed look, area-by-area, for the Fiscal Year 2014-15 budget.
