Any person who goes uninvited to any residence within the city selling or offering to sell any type of service or any type of tangible personal property and who cannot or will not meet the requirements for a door-to-door seller.

Annual permit fee $50, pro-rated to $35 after July 1st, ID card fee $5
 

·         Sales tax license is also required

·         Applications for the business and all representatives are completed

·         Two small photos

·         Fingerprints are required

·         Police Dept. conducts a background check on owners and representatives for approval

·         Business permit and individual identification cards are issued
