  Description: Any person representing to be a palmist, astrologer, clairvoyant, fortuneteller or soothsayer.
  Fees: Application fee $150, Annual license fee $100
  Code: Tempe City Code §5-3
     
  Requirements: Application packet must contain the following:

  • business application

  • individual application

All applicant's must submit fingerprints

Digital photos (taken by licensing staff)

Application packet is processed by:

                  1.      Building Safety
                  2.      Development Services
                  3.      Fire Prevention
                  4.      Police Department

A sales tax license is also required
