Any person who sells any type of tangible property at or adjacent to the vehicle in which the property is carried.

Non-refundable application fee $100, annual permit fee $50, annual decal fee $50, and an identification card fee $5
 

Application packet must contain the following:

  • business application

  • individual applications for all owners

  • certificate of insurance

  • Maricopa County Health Department Certificate (food sales only)
     

All owners, drivers and vehicle operators must submit fingerprints

Application packet is processed by:

                  1.      Building Safety
                  2.      Development Services
                  3.      Engineering
                  4.      Fire Prevention
                  5.      Police Department

Digital photographs of applicants (taken by Licensing staff)

A sales tax license is also required
