Any place of business or facility wherein any massage or bodywork techniques as defined are administered, practiced or used.

Application fee $100, Annual license fee $100, pro-rated to $70 after July 1st

·         Sales tax license is also required if products are sold

·         Application packet includes the following:

1.  Business application                                                                      

2.  Individual application on all owners

3.  Floor plan

4.  Fingerprints of all owners

·         Application is approved by City departments                                   

1.  Police Dept.

2.  Planning & Zoning

3.  Building Safety

4.  Fire Prevention
