  Description: Any place of business or facility wherein any massage or bodywork techniques as defined are administered, practiced or used.
  Fees:
  • Application fee $100
  • Annual license fee $100

  Requirements:

Application Packet must contain the following:

  • Business application

  • Individual applications

All owners must submit fingerprints

Application packet is processed by:

                  1.      Building Safety
                  2.      Development Services
                  3.      Fire Prevention
                  4.      Police Department

A sales tax license is required if retail activity is conducted
