Center

home furnishing stores, Emerald Center provides more than 20 remaining acres

Hayden Ferry Lakeside
The Hayden Ferry Lakeside project is a mixed-use development consisting of
a nautical mile of Class A office space, restaurants and residential condominiums. The first phase
consists of more than 200,000 square feet of office and retail space. It’s
visible from Loop 202, Sky Harbor International Airport and Mill
Avenue. Current tenants include Microsoft, KPMG, and Smith Barney,
among others.
Papago Park Center
Papago Park Center, located on the north of the Salt River, is a 522-acre,
$2 billion mixed-use development. The headquarters of Salt River Project is
located in the Center, along with other highly visible companies such as
ConocoPhillips, J.B. Rodgers Mechanical Contractors, Three-Five Systems, and
DHL Worldwide Express.
