over-the-counter permits: While over the counter plan review is
usually available on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00
p.m. (only), we strongly recommend calling (480) 350-8341, Option 2 before
coming in to verify availability of over the counter review. Due to
the high volume of plan review workload that we are currently experiencing,
over the counter plan review service is not always available.
