Building Codes and Amendments |
NEW BUILDING CODES AND AMENDMENTS
EFFECTIVE January 12, 2009, the City of
Tempe adopted the 2006 International Building Codes with amendments and the 2008
National Electrical Code with amendments.
The
following codes and the City of Tempe Amendments thereto were adopted per
Ordinance 2008.72:
