Registration can be made on-line, by mail, by fax or drop-off.
Barcode and PIN numbers are required to register online.  Create your online account.

Confirmation Notices for mail, fax, and drop-box registration are mailed in the name of the Participant via the U.S. Post Office.
    Confirmation Notices are not mailed out for registration received online.

Initial Registration:
  • On-Line* Debit or Credit account only.

  • Mail-In :    Mail to address on Registration Form. 
  • Drop Box: Deposit form with payment in the Drop Box at any of the following locations, during normal hours of operation:
         -- Parks and Recreation Office, 3500 S Rural Road
         -- Pyle Adult Recreation Center, 655 E Southern Ave
         -- Edna Vihel Center for the Arts, 3340 S Rural Road
            (the Vihel Center is not a late registration site)

         -- Kiwanis Park Recreation Center, 6111 S All-America Way

Late Registration:

Classes that do not fill to maximum enrollment during the initial registration period will be offered for late registration.

Steps for Registering:

  • Complete registration form. You will be waitlisted in a class only if an alternate choice is not listed and available. Because some classes fill quickly, we recommend you list at least one alternate choice.

  • Waiver of Liability signature is required at the bottom of the form. A parent or guardian must sign for participants under 18 years. For On-Line users, the Waiver of Liability is accepted upon submittal of your registration request.

  • Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), must accompany your registration request. Overpayments (as a result of filled classes, wrong check amount, etc.) will be issued a credit. Debit/Credit accounts will only be charged for classes when enrollment is confirmed. You are not charged when waitlisted.

  • How do I know if I'm enrolled?
    On-Line requests:  registration is processed in real time; system will indicate class availability and confirm enrollment or waitlisted status. Additional confirmation or notification is not mailed out.
    Mail, Drop-off & Fax requests: A Registration Notice will be mailed in the name of each participant indicating activity status. The Registration Notice is your receipt. Notices are mailed daily; if you have not received notice within 2 weeks please call 480-350-5277 to verify address on file.

  • Withdrawal requests received after Initial Registration Period are subject to a withdrawal administrative fee.

  • Registrants will be notified of class cancellations.

  • Registration requests received with incomplete or incorrect information (including credit/debit card numbers) will not be processed.

  • Credit/debit accounts that are declined upon processing by the Cashier's office will result in removal of the participant(s) from those activities included in payment, and re-registration will be necessary to secure a spot in the activities desired, provided space is available. Participants will be notified by U.S. Mail of any changes to their registration status.

Credits & Refunds:

A Registration Credit is money available in a participant's registration account that can be used for any future session. There is no expiration date on unused credits. Registration credit can be converted to refund by contacting the registration office.

A Refund is issued in the form of a check from City Hall payable in the name of the Main Contact listed for the registration account unless other arrangements are made when the refund is requested.

A Reversal to Charge Account is processed for refund requests when original payment was made online.
