The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal to establish a two (2) year contract for on-site Xylem Water Solutions (formally Wedeco Technologies) ultra violet (UV) disinfection system emergency and routine maintenance and repairs for the City Water Utilities Division (WUD) on an as needed basis. Any resultant contract shall be subject to renewal for subsequent periods as provided for within the Special Terms and Conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
