The City of Tempe has issued this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery and unloading for Thioguard (62%-63%) or an equal 62% magnesium hydroxide or Siemens Alk Aquit 25and Alk Aquit AE25 Plus or equal liquid chemical to be used to control odors from wastewater on an as-needed basis.
