The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a contract for carpet cleaning services at the City facilities listed below. The resulting contract shall be for an initial two (2) year period and is subject to renewal per the Special Terms and Conditions of this RFQ.

City facilities may be added or removed throughout the term of contract. In addition, private K-9 officer residences may be authorized under the terms of resultant contract.

Contractor shall be IICRC certified.
