The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a facility maintenance Software (FM) system for the Public Works Department.

The system should be a Microsoft Window based application and operated on a Microsoft Windows (if hosted on City network). The City invites proposals for purchase (option A) or hosted solutions (option B). The City reserves the right to cancel either option A or B after initial review of submitted offers or based on a lack of verifiable references.
