The City of Tempe (City) is seeking bids to establish initial two year contracts for the supply and delivery of “designscape” quality plants (trees, shrubs, ground cover and flowers).  The resulting contracts are subject to renewal for subsequent periods as provided for in the Special Terms and Conditions section of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
