Description:
Patti Parsons created art that
celebrates the route of the Flash Lite on Mill. "Cycling by the Rio Salado"
is a whimsical tribute to
Tempe's
many bicycle riders and to the Rio Salado/Tempe Town Lake. Using sophisticated
computer graphics, Parsons created art that appears abstract up close, but at a
distance it comes into full view. When boarding the bus, it may be difficult to
identify the images. But as the bus drives away, the images become clear.
