Local authors, publishers, artists featured at Tempe Book Festival on Nov. 4
The annual Tempe Book Festival will be held on Saturday, November 4 at the Tempe Public Library. This festival will showcase 80+ exhibitors including authors, publishers, and booksellers to promote the love and importance of reading and literacy. Programs range from author presentations and book signings to interactive panel discussions and children’s activities. This event is free and open to the public.
Book Lovers – Meet local authors, join interactive panel discussions.
Families – Fun stories read by children’s authors and kid-friendly activities.
Writers and aspiring writers – Meet local authors and publishers and sit in on panel discussions for first hand advice.
When: Saturday, November 4, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Where: Tempe Public Library, 3500 S. Rural Rd. (at the southwest corner of Rural and Southern)
Among authors appearing are award winning journalist Jana Bommersbach, whose first book, The Trunk Murderess: Winnie Ruth Judd, was a national bestseller; Jenn McKinlay, New York Times bestselling cozy mystery and romance author; and City of Phoenix Poet Laureate Rosemarie Dombrowski.
