Technical Code Advisory Board of Appeals members needed
City of Tempe Deputy Director Building Safety
The City of Tempe needs qualified, skilled people to serve on its Technical Code Advisory Board of Appeals. The board meets every three months as needed. These people help ensure the safety of Tempe's buildings for generations to come. It is not necessary to be a resident of Tempe to be on this board.
This board will help review our current code later this year and suggest updates. The board may hear and decide appeals of Chapter 8 of the Tempe City Code, Buildings and Building Regulations, and the technical codes, among other duties

The Technical Code Advisory Board of Appeals consists of nine members, appointed for three year terms, who are qualified by experience and training.
