Does your app take out the trash?
Tempe wants your help expanding 311 app
So maybe it won’t take out the trash (that’s what teenagers are for), but the City of Tempe is excited to announce new functionality for its popular Tempe 311 app in the coming months and wants your feedback in developing the next release.
Tempe 311, which launched over a year ago, is the community’s connection to city services – online, by phone and through the 311 mobile app. Through Tempe 311, community members can report problems and submit service requests – including graffiti, overgrown weeds, damaged or missing street signs, debris in the roadway, illegal dumping, street light outages, malfunctioning traffic signals and more. The Tempe 311 mobile app allows users to submit a report, identify the location and add photos in a matter of seconds.
Short of emptying the trash, the city wants to know what would make the 311 app more useful. Additional reporting categories? New features? Visit tempe.gov/311Feedback to complete a short online survey. If you haven’t used the Tempe 311 mobile app, you can download it to your Android or iPhone through the app store, or visit tempe.gov/311.
