Senior Health and Wellness Expo

TEMPE, Ariz.
– The Pyle Adult Recreation Center, 655 E. Southern Ave., invites adults and seniors to explore and experience community resources at this year’s free Senior Health & Wellness Expo.

From 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, participants will have the opportunity to discover services offered by more than 50 vendors while enjoying free health screenings, demonstrations, healthy resources, a light breakfast and prize drawings. 

Health screenings include:
• Blood pressure checks provided by Arizona Natural Medical Center
• Hearing screenings provided by Valley ENT
• Cholesterol and blood glucose screenings (must fast   before) provided by Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital

Mind, Body & Balance and the Arizona School of Massage Therapy will be providing free chair massages. Participants are invited to take part in a short Zumba class demonstration and observe other exercise classes.
