Public meetings May 29 and June 1

Post Date:05/24/2013

Tempe residents, business representatives and other community members are invited to learn about the city’s General Plan 2040 and provide feedback to help shape the future of our community. Two public meetings will be held to present the content and concepts within the Tempe General Plan 2040 and seek input from community members:

• Wednesday, May 29 at 6 p.m.
• Saturday, June 1 at 9 a.m.

Tempe History Museum
809 E. Southern Ave.

The meetings will include formal presentation, and the same information will be presented at both meetings. The General Plan 2040 will also be available online at www.tempe.gov/gp2040. Community members can visit the website or attend one of the meetings to provide feedback. It’s important to hear from as many residents, businesses and property owners as possible about their thoughts and opinions on General Plan 2040. Public comments will continue to be accepted June to September.
