The Household Products Collection Center (HPCC) collects and disposes of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW), preventing it from ending up in landfills which can have a negative impact on all of our ground water.  The HPCC, which is operated by the Water Utilities Department, provides a safe location for residents to dispose of unwanted HHW and serves to protect the health, safety and overall environment of our community.

The HPCC serves only the residents of Tempe and Guadalupe. Proof of residency is required (Water Bill or Drivers License.).  Contact the HPCC at (480) 858-2223 or by email.
